Our DCD rupture discs are certified to meet the highest international standards, including PED 2014/68/UE (CE STAMP), ATEX EX II 2 GD (CE STAMP), PER 2016 UK Statutory (UKCA STAMP), CU TR 032 (EAC STAMP)

Technique:

Composed of a slotted, perforated metal part, a seal membrane (usually in PTFE or PFA but available in various metallic or non-metallic materials), and a protection section

Applications:

Ideal for use with gas and liquids under static conditions and low pressure

Non-Fragmenting:

Responds to excessive pressure with total opening in milliseconds without fragmentation of metallic layers (Suitable for valve protection)

Vacuum Resistance:

Specific support for vacuum and back-pressure protection are available on request.

Double way disc option:

Protects against vacuum and pressure simultaneously (even with two different set pressures)
